HOW TO GET HERE

Our celebration will be held at Oak & Vine Estate, located on Lakes Road in Duncan, BC, surrounded by vineyards and the natural beauty of the Cowichan Valley.

For Local Guests
The venue is easily accessible by car, with on-site parking available. We recommend allowing a little extra travel time to enjoy the scenic drive and to arrive comfortably before the ceremony begins. Simply enter “Oak & Vine Estate” into your GPS, and it will take you right to the property.

For Guests Travelling From Afar
If you’re flying in, the closest airports are Victoria International Airport (YYJ) and Nanaimo Airport (YCD) — both approximately a 45–60 minute drive to Duncan. Car rentals and private transfers are available at either airport. Please note that rideshare options can be very limited in the area, so we encourage arranging transportation ahead of time.

Both offer 24-hour service, including airport and ferry transfers. We encourage booking ahead, particularly for late-evening rides. When arranging your ride, please reference Oak & Vine Estate, Lakes Rd, Duncan.

WHERE TO STAY

For your convenience, we recommend accommodations in Duncan or the surrounding Cowichan Valley. Two great options include:

Oceanfront Suites at Cowichan Bay – A distinctive waterfront stay with spacious suites (many with kitchenettes), an indoor pool, and a sauna.

Best Western Cowichan Valley Inn – A reliable full-service hotel featuring an outdoor pool, on-site restaurant, and comfortable mid-tier amenities.
A room block is also available here, closing on June 1st.

Both room blocks are listed under Jasmine Sulyok. Please mention this when booking to receive the preferred rate. July is a popular time in the area, and accommodations are limited, so we encourage booking early.

The hotels recommend checking in on July 10th and checking out on July 12th, as early check-in may not be available before the ceremony. If you plan to stay for only one night, please let the hotel know of your later check-in. In that case, we suggest parking at the hotel and taking a cab to the venue for ease and convenience.
